Terms of Service

Service Terms & Conditions

The following clarifications define how Heath Motor Group handles estimates, parts, warranties, and vehicle care. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

Estimates & Authorisation

All work begins with a written estimate. No repair is carried out without your approval. If additional faults are found during the job, we stop and contact you before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Parts & Components

We use manufacturer-specification or equivalent quality parts. Components replaced during a service are available for inspection upon request. Parts supplied by the customer are fitted at their own risk and carry no warranty from our workshop.

Warranty Coverage

Labour on repairs is warranted for 12 months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Parts warranty follows the manufacturer's terms. The warranty is void if the vehicle is modified, improperly maintained, or used for competitive driving.

Vehicle Collection

Vehicles left at the workshop for more than 14 days after completion may incur a storage fee. We recommend arranging collection promptly once notified that your vehicle is ready. Heath Motor Group is not liable for items left inside the vehicle.

Diagnostic Limitations

Computerised diagnostics identify faults present at the time of testing. Intermittent issues may require extended diagnosis or a road test. Additional time spent on diagnosis beyond the initial assessment is quoted before any further work is carried out.

Health & Safety

For your safety, we ask that you do not enter the workshop bays while vehicles are being serviced. A viewing area is available for customers who wish to observe their vehicle during the inspection process. Children must be supervised at all times.

For fleet servicing agreements or questions about these terms, contact our service desk directly.
