Why Heath Motor Group

What you get when your car is in our bay

Every service is built around one outcome: a daily-driver that starts, stops, and handles the way it should. Here is what that means in practice.

Diagnostics that find the real fault

We plug into the ECU and read live data, not just trouble codes. That means we replace the failing sensor or solenoid, not the whole assembly. You pay for the actual repair, not a guess.

Brake and suspension work you can feel

From pad and rotor swaps to bushing and shock replacement, we torque everything to spec and test on the road. The result is a pedal that feels firm and a ride that tracks straight.

Manufacturer schedules, followed precisely

We stick to the service intervals in your owner's manual. Oil, filters, belts, and fluids are replaced at the right mileage, so your warranty stays valid and your engine stays clean.

Transparent estimates before we touch a bolt

You get a written quote with parts and labour broken out. If we find extra wear during the job, we call you first with the cost and the reason. No surprise invoices at pickup.

Pre-purchase inspections that protect you

Buying used? Our 150-point check covers compression, transmission behaviour, suspension bushings, and structural rust. You get a condition report you can use to negotiate or walk away.

Fleet servicing on a schedule that fits

We coordinate multi-vehicle maintenance so your vans and trucks spend less time off the road. One contact person, digital records, and a service plan aligned with your operating calendar.

Workshop process

From booking to a verified health check

Every job at Heath Motor Group follows the same disciplined sequence. You know what gets inspected, what gets replaced, and what it costs before we turn a wrench.

01

Book your slot

Call or book online with your vehicle reg and current mileage. We confirm a time window that suits your day, whether it's a routine service or a full pre-purchase inspection.

02

Digital diagnosis

We plug into the OBD port, read live sensor data, and run a full system scan. Fault codes are logged and cross-checked against manufacturer service schedules before anything is taken apart.

03

Transparent estimate

You receive a written breakdown of labour, parts, and the reason each item needs attention. No work starts until you approve the scope, so there are no surprise charges on collection.

04

Component-level work

Brake overhauls, clutch replacements, suspension bushes, and engine tune-ups are carried out to torque specs. Worn parts are kept aside so you can see exactly what came off your car.

05

Road test & re-scan

After assembly, the vehicle goes on a road test to check braking balance, steering feel, and gear changes. A second diagnostic scan confirms all fault codes are cleared and systems are within spec.

06

Handover report

You get a condition report listing completed work, remaining life on key components, and recommended intervals for the next service. Fleet customers receive a digital copy for their records.

Workshop reputation

Trusted by private owners and fleet operators across the region

We measure our work by repeat bookings and honest feedback. Here is what drivers and fleet managers say after their vehicles leave our workshop.

"Heath Motor Group diagnosed a rough idle that two other workshops missed. Their computerised scan found a failing MAF sensor, and the repair cost matched the estimate exactly. My car has run smoothly for four months since."

Daniel Kruger

Private owner, 2018 VW Golf

"We run a delivery fleet of twelve vans and rely on Heath Motor Group for scheduled servicing and brake overhauls. They stick to manufacturer intervals, keep detailed records, and flag issues before they become roadside failures."

Lindiwe Nkosi

Fleet manager, CityLink Couriers

"Bought a used SUV and booked their 150-point pre-purchase inspection. They found a worn rear shock absorber and a leaking valve cover gasket, which helped me negotiate a fair price. Worth every cent."

Private buyer, 2019 Toyota Fortuner
