Workflow

How a Job Moves Through Our Workshop

From the first phone call to the final test drive, every repair follows the same disciplined path. No surprises, no guesswork, no unauthorised work.

  1. 1

    Book and Describe the Issue

Call or book online with a description of the symptom — a noise, a warning light, a vibration, or a scheduled service interval. We log your vehicle's details and confirm a drop-off time that suits your day.

  2. 2

    Vehicle Health Check and Diagnosis

The car goes on the lift. We run a computerised scan, inspect the systems related to your complaint, and check wear items that could cause the same symptom. This step takes between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the fault.

  3. 3

    Written Estimate and Approval

You receive a clear breakdown: parts needed, labour time, and the total cost. Nothing gets replaced without your go-ahead. If we find additional wear during the job, we stop and call you before proceeding.

  4. 4

    Repair and Replacement Work

Qualified technicians carry out the approved work using manufacturer specifications. We use quality parts, torque everything to spec, and replace fluids and filters where the service schedule requires it.

  5. 5

    Quality Check and Road Test

Before handover, we re-check the work, scan for fault codes again, and take the vehicle for a short road test to confirm the original issue is resolved and nothing new has appeared.

  6. 6

    Handover and Service Record

You get a detailed invoice, a summary of what was found and fixed, and a stamped service record. For fleet clients, we keep digital history per vehicle so future bookings are faster and more accurate.

Practical Notes Before You Book

Most routine services are completed within a single working day. Diagnostic work may require the vehicle to stay overnight if the fault is intermittent. We do not start any repair without a signed estimate, and we keep you updated by phone if timing changes.

Workshop support

Direct line to the workshop floor

Every job that comes through our bay gets a named technician and a clear point of contact. When you need an update on your vehicle, you speak to the person who actually has the spanner in hand, not a call centre reading from a screen.

We keep response times realistic for a working garage. During shop hours you will normally hear back within two hours. For urgent breakdowns or safety-related faults, call the number below and we will prioritise your message.
