What owners say about our work

Feedback from private drivers and fleet managers who rely on our workshop for consistent, transparent maintenance.

Why Heath Motor Group

Built on repeat work, not promises

A workshop earns trust one service at a time. We keep customers coming back because our estimates match the final bill, our diagnostics find the real fault, and our work holds up in daily driving.

Transparent estimates before work starts

You get a written cost breakdown before we touch a spanner. If we find additional wear during the job, we stop and call you first. No surprise line items, no "while we were in there" charges.

Diagnostics that find the root cause

Computerised scanners read live sensor data, not just fault codes. This separates a failing oxygen sensor from a vacuum leak that triggers the same warning light. You pay for the fix, not a guessing game.

Manufacturer schedules, respected

We follow the service intervals in your owner's manual, using the correct oil grade and genuine or equivalent parts. Your warranty stays valid and your car behaves the way it was designed to.

Fleet servicing with one point of contact

Business vehicles get scheduled maintenance tracking, priority bay time, and a single invoice per month. Drivers drop off, we handle the rest, and you get a service history for every unit.

Pre-purchase inspections that save money

Before you buy a used car, we put it on the lift and check compression, suspension bushings, brake condition, and structural rust. The written report gives you leverage to negotiate or walk away.

Daily-driver focus, not race shop hype

We extend the life of cars that carry kids, tools, and commutes. That means honest advice about whether a repair is worth it or whether the car has reached the end of its useful life.

Reliability & Service Terms

Clarifications and Conditions for Workshop Services

The following notes define how Heath Motor Group interprets service scopes, inspection findings, and warranty obligations. Reading these terms before booking helps avoid misunderstandings about what is included in each job.

Diagnostic Scope

A diagnostic scan identifies fault codes present at the time of testing. Intermittent issues may require a road test or extended monitoring to reproduce. Additional labour for follow-up testing is quoted separately before work proceeds.

Inspection Findings

Pre-purchase and health check reports list conditions observed during inspection. Components that fail under load or at speed may not show defects during a stationary check. We note any limitation in the report so buyers can plan further testing.

Parts and Materials

Estimates assume manufacturer-grade or equivalent replacement parts. If a customer requests aftermarket or refurbished components, the warranty and fitment responsibility adjusts accordingly. We confirm part choice before ordering.

Labour Estimates

Quoted labour covers the standard procedure for the listed job. Corrosion, seized fasteners, or prior repair damage can extend the time required. You receive a call with a revised estimate before any extra work begins.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage applies to parts and labour for the stated period, provided the vehicle is maintained according to schedule. Damage from accidents, off-road use, or unauthorised modifications voids coverage. Keep service records for any claim.

Fleet Service Agreements

Fleet pricing assumes a minimum number of vehicles per calendar month and a single point of contact. Scheduled maintenance windows are agreed in advance. Vehicles brought in outside the agreement terms are billed at standard workshop rates.

Vehicle Collection and Return

Vehicles are accepted for service during stated workshop hours. We recommend removing personal valuables before drop-off; Heath Motor Group is not responsible for items left in the cabin or boot. Completed vehicles should be collected within two working days of notification. Storage beyond this period may incur a daily fee, which is disclosed at the time of booking.
